Return policy
You have 14 days from the day you order to ask for a return. Whether you want your money back or a different size or colour, it costs you nothing. Both are free, and we cover the return postage.
To be eligible, the item has to come back in the condition it reached you: unworn, unused, tags still on, in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start, go to your order status page and choose "Return/Exchange". We'll send you the return label and tell you where to post the parcel. Anything sent back to us without a request first can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged or faulty, or it isn't the one you ordered, tell us right away and we'll sort it out.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some things can't be returned: perishable goods such as food, flowers and plants; custom or personalised orders; and personal care items such as beauty products. We also can't take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned. A reduced price or a discount code doesn't make something final sale. If you're unsure about something you've bought, ask us.
Returns and exchanges are both free
Want a different size or colour? Ask for an exchange on your order status page and we'll send the new one out. Want your money back instead? Ask for a return in the same place. Neither costs you anything, and you don't need to place a second order to swap an item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to cancel or return it, for any reason, without giving one. The item still has to come back unworn and unused, tags on, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will tell you whether the refund is approved once your return reaches us and we've checked it. If it is, the money goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer can take a little longer to post it.
